A pub with that certain something
Welcome to Friesacher’s Einkehr – a traditional inn with pub flair. The new Einkehr has become a popular meeting place for locals and guests alike, since its opening in April 2009. We invite the young and the young at heart daily from 17.00 to our restaurant or outside seating area.
The Einkehr is all about beer. Draught beer like Irish Guiness, German Pilsner or a cloudy Austrian beer-shandy are just some, our beer cellar has perfectly chilled assortments of beer fulfilling anyone’s wishes.
In the traditional way the wooden barreled draught beer Augustiner is tapped freshly day after day as a highlight to your evening.
Various beer specialties and beer rarities are found on our beer menu, some with a high percentage of alcohol; tangy and spicy, some with sweet, fruity flavors. Michael Friesacher has taken one of Austria’s beer connoisseurs, Conrad Seidl, on board as an advisor. For the adventurous we offer newly mixed beer cocktails in different exotic flavors – a whole new experience.
As accompaniment, enjoy some traditional pub food cooked by our young team with chef Bernhard Hauser. A particular specialty is our “Black Rock” - grill your favorite cut of meat; lamb chop, pork filet, loin of beef or prawns on the 500 degree hot lava stone at your table; a new and different experience for all.
